Human Resources Business Partner – Jacksonville Factory
As a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Jacksonville Manufacturing, you will autonomously drive all people initiatives – from shaping the efficient structure to crafting talent pipelines and executing bold people strategies. Your mission is to champion people development, revolutionize talent pipelines, optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high‑impact position focuses on cultural transformation to crush goals related to people, cost, and customer service for approximately 200 employees across 7 manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities- Process Mastery – Own and implement critical HR processes including strategic workforce planning, compensation command, organizational effectiveness, relentless process improvement, staffing partnership, and dynamic development opportunities.
- Talent Architect – Drive audacious staffing plans and proactively manage talent moves.
- Culture Catalyst – Act as the ultimate change champion, embodying Kraft Heinz’s mission, values, and initiatives.
- Engagement Dynamo – Forge powerful relationships with employees, passionately advocating for their enrichment, engagement, and development.
- Compliance Guardian – Ensure flawless application of HR systems, policies, and programs with ironclad compliance to federal and state employment laws.
- Analytics Guru – Leverage data and analytics to inform business and talent decisions, driving KPI goal achievement.
- Strategic Visionary – Evaluate complex business challenges and engineer game‑changing solutions.
- TPM Powerhouse – Lead the People pillar of Total Productive Management, driving excellence and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting employees in a manufacturing, distribution, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong business sense, project management skills, and technical proficiency (Workday, Kronos, MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills with senior leadership, using data and insights to influence decisions.
- Strong organization and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, leading change through others.
- Adaptability – Effectively manage multiple assignments amid changing priorities.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Passion for internal career growth opportunities (including willingness to relocate).
Base Salary: $ – $ (geographically adjusted).
