Overview
Job Description We are looking for an experienced People Soft HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway (CG) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing People Soft HCM solutions to enhance recruitment processes and improve user experience for candidates and HR teams. Lead the implementation and support of People Soft HCM modules, focusing on TAM and Candidate Gateway.
Responsibilities- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify differences between current system configuration and business requirements.
- Experience in People Tools, People Code, Integration Broker (SOAP, REST/JSON), Component Interface.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for recruitment workflows.
- Design interfaces with 3rd party vendors such as Experian, Twilio, First Advantage and Equifax.
- Configure and customize People Soft TAM and CG modules in line with best practices and organizational needs.
- Develop and execute Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate configurations and customizations.
- Provide training and create documentation for HR users and recruiters to ensure effective system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within TAM and CG modules to maintain smooth operations.
- Review People Soft Update Manager (PUM) features and recommend enhancements for recruitment processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and customizations for future references and upgrades.
- Experience in People Tools, People Code, Integration Broker (SOAP, REST/JSON), and Component Interface.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing TAM and CG modules in People Soft.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements for recruitment workflows.
- Ability to design and integrate interfaces with third-party vendors.
