Junior Recruiter (Entry Level Friendly) – Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) Industry

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)

As a Junior Recruiter at 52xConsulting
, you’ll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to guiding them through interviews and all the way to offer acceptance and placement. No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right person who brings motivation, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

• Source and identify candidates within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry
• Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and career goals
• Coordinate and participate in internal strategy meetings with senior recruiters
• Market and present candidates to clients in a compelling, professional way
• Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Support candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and internal team members
• Learn the recruiting business from the ground up with hands‑on mentorship

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• A results-driven mindset—you enjoy setting goals and hitting them
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Interest in the AEC industry and professional services
• Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
