Job Summary

HR Delivered provides comprehensive human resources and talent solutions that help businesses operate efficiently and stay compliant. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Recruiter (Blended Desk) to support both talent acquisition and business growth efforts.

This role blends full-cycle recruiting with client partnership and light business development. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of corporate recruiting or 5+ years in staffing, along with experience managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—delivering talent solutions while contributing to revenue growth through account expansion and new client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Delivery
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Develop proactive recruiting strategies to ensure a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline.
    • Utilize Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
    • Build long-term relationships with candidates to support repeat placements and workforce planning needs.
  • Client Partnership & Sales Support
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust through consistent communication and results.
    • Partner with hiring managers and client leadership to understand workforce needs, business challenges, and growth goals.
    • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts (additional roles, departments, or HR solutions).
    • Support new business development efforts through warm leads, referrals, and consultative conversations.
    • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent data to help clients make informed workforce decisions.
  • Process Improvement & Branding
    • Track recruiting and account metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and client outcomes.
    • Support employer branding and HR Delivered’s market presence through candidate and client engagement.
    • Continuously improve recruiting and account management processes using data and technology.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience or 5+ years of staffing recruitment experience.
  • Prior staffing account management or blended-desk experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships while meeting recruiting and revenue-related goals.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
  • Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable balancing recruiting delivery with account growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting and client outcomes.
