Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitmentahaha lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, including الإباحية smsourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Oracle preferred) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data entry.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, Linked In Recruiter, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
• Represent Cantor Fitzgerald professionally and promote our employer brand.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle ideal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhart quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Financial services industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and employment regulations.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and trends.
