• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts across all departments — HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Office Operations.
• Post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications with professionalism and warmth.
• Keep our recruiting systems organized and efficient — tracking candidate progress, maintaining records, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.
• Help coordinate onboarding for new hires and support job fairs, recruiting events, and community partnerships.
• Represent our brand with positivity and pride — every interaction should reflect the energy and excellence that define Lickety Split.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (or a strong passion to grow into the field).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.

• Team player with high integrity and a customer-service mindset.
