Onsite Night Guest Attendant

Onsite Night Guest Attendant role at Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc.

A positive, professional, problem‑solving Onsite Night Guest Attendant who will be the face of the property and first point of contact for our guests. The position is onsite, primarily evening shifts, and requires being on call overnight to oversee the property after hours, performing a wide variety of tasks.

• Hourly Rate: $15.25–$17.25, dependent on experience

• Conduct regular property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security
• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out during after‑hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any needs or concerns
• Complete all laundry responsibilities: washing, drying, folding, organizing linens and towels and maintaining a clean area
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed—vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, stocking supplies and preparing rooms that housekeeping could not clear during day shift
• Follow property emergency procedures, ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
• Be on call overnight for after‑hours guest needs
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive in solving problems

• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs
