JRA Health is a new and emerging home infusion provider, looking for talented individuals to assist in the organization’s focus on filling the gap in acute care home infusion services. JRA Health is licensed & accredited to provide infusion pharmacy & nursing services. An RN Clinical Service Liaison is responsible for sales and marketing efforts in a specified territory and for growing top line revenue of assigned acute therapies.
Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources. Uses appropriate marketing materials and tools to convey consistent messaging across the organization. Works closely with intake and operations personnel to ensure patients are efficiently transitioned to JRA Health.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase referral volume.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, referral sources and JRA Health team members.
- Serve as a valuable resource for assigned referral sources throughout the intake and transition of care processes.
- Convey and reinforce elements of the value proposition appropriate for each account and decision maker.
- Work with internal (intake & operations personnel) and external (case manager, referring provider, etc.) to safely and efficiently onboard and transition patient infusion care to JRA Health.
- Effectively communicate with patients, family, case managers, JRA Health team members throughout the discharge process to ensure successful transitions of care.
- Partner with the Account Executive and Director of Operations to identify and grow referral source accounts. Provide business intelligence to assist in strategic placement and allocation of time spent with assigned accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environment (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Passion and empathetic approach to helping patients & referral sources.
- Effective team player.
- Willing to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes.
- Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group.
- Sitting, driving, walking, standing for extended periods; hearing and vision within normal ranges essential for conversations and preparing documents.
- No heavy lifting expected; occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. may be required. Good manual dexterity for common office equipment.
- Competitive base and commission structure. Salary is determined based on experience and qualifications.
