JRA Health is an emerging home infusion company committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering the highest standards of service to our patients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to join and grow with our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Revenue Cycle Manager, based in Jacksonville, FL. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including billing, claims, and payment collection. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving current processes, handling denials management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective strategies to optimize revenue performance while leading and supervising the revenue cycle team.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, collections, and financial reporting
  • Thorough understanding of Practice Management and Medical Coding
  • Experience managing Denials and implementing strategies to minimize claim rejections
  • Knowledge of Managed Care policies, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology systems and software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting or a related field; additional certifications in medical billing or coding are a plus
