Full-Time Mammography Technologist (3x12 or 4x10 Schedule)

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding across Northeast Florida, and we’re looking for an experienced Mammography Technologist to join our award-winning team at our Gate Parkway location.

• Average bonus equivalent to $4.00 per hour in addition to base salary

As a Mammography Technologist, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with precision and care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately position patients for high-quality images (70%)
• Perform daily QC/QA checks on mammography equipment (10%)
• Complete patient documentation in RIS system (10%)
• Identify and address scheduling or workflow issues (10%)

Additional Expectations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
• Collaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team setting
• Stay compliant with ACR standards and MQSA regulations
• Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics
• Proactively solve workflow challenges and contribute to improvements

• ARRT certification in Mammography
• Florida State License
• MQSA-compliant (Digital & 3D Mammography)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience preferred
• Proactive, patient-focused, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with limited mobility
• Frequent bending and reaching for proper positioning
