Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator functions under the direction of the Clinical Manager and is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and organizing all aspects of the clinical team including serving as a customer resource representative for administrative associates, caregivers and patients.
QualificationsAge of Patients Served:
Adult (18-64 years) Geriatric (=>65 years)
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
Associate's Degree in Health care related field
Necessary
Skills:
- Must possess demonstrated database management.
- Word processing and spreadsheet utilities skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel processing skills.
- Must have ability to multitask and detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate independent project management.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and manage time effectively and independently.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in grammar, composition and analytical skills.
Required Experience:
1-2 years - Data entry and/or customer service experience in a medical setting.
Preferred Experience:
3'5 years of relevant experience.
