Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living.

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Support with mobility
• Light housekeeping
• Doing errands and transportation
• Meal preparation, companionship, and other responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and a car
• Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia County
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
• CPR certification
• 2nd level background check

Full‑time, Part‑time

$14.50 - $16.00 per hour

• Shifts ranging from 3 hours - 8 hour shifts
• Choose your own hours
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

• Signing bonus
