• Valid CNA License or HHA Certificate
• Completed Level II Background Check
• Classroom CPR Certification
• Florida’s required trainings in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assisting With Self‑Administration of Medication
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our clients
• Comfort with pets is preferred, enhancing the ability to work in various home environments
