SNI Companies is searching for a dedicated and organized Healthcare Administrator
. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior administrative/management experience in an outpatient clinic and/or hospital setting.

Pay Rate
  • $65,000K - $75,000K annually
Location Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (in-office)
90-Day Contract to Hire

Job Summary

The Healthcare Administrator manages the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the clinics. This role oversees operational planning, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality patient care, compliance, and efficiency. Supports the development and implementation of goals and procedures aligned with institutional and regulatory standards. Performance improvement, resource allocation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to advance patient centered outcomes.

Directly oversees Dietitians, Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Registered Nurses, Customer Service Representatives, and Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Development - Develop long- and short-term objectives for patient care and education within the organization's clinical operations. Develops implementation strategies to support sustainable and high-quality patient services.
  • Operational Planning - Develops and recommends strategic and operational plans/policies in a cost-effective and patient-oriented manner. Monitors progress toward achieving program and institutional objectives.
  • Resource Allocation & Efficiency - Responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization of resources, space, materials, and personnel. Reviews resource allocation and workflow processes to optimize service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Staff Supervision & Employee Relations - Oversees and directs employee management activities including interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Conducts regular staff meetings to discuss operations, staff concerns, and patient satisfaction. Supervises and coordinates patient billing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintains strong communication between staff and providers to promote teamwork, professionalism, and high morale.
  • Financial Management & Budgeting - Works closely with leadership to facilitate program goals efficiently and effectively, including the preparation and management of operating budgets for the unit. Monitors expenditures and financial performance to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Standard of Care & Service Excellence - Collaborates with leadership and patient care personnel to establish standards of care and performance expectations. Focus on patient responses, effectiveness of support systems, and maintenance of a safe and clean clinic.
  • Compliance & Safety - Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements including OSHA, Infection Control, CLIA, and general workplace safety. Monitors and documents compliance activities and takes corrective action as needed.
  • Quality Improvement - Implements and maintains quality improvement programs and proactively identifies areas for improvement. Participates in organizational and community meetings.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant management experience in an outpatient clinical and/or hospital setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test
  • Strict compliance with HIPPA and PHI confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
