Job Highlights

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordination with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
  • Help ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned.
  • Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements
  • Current, valid driver’s license.
  • Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements.
  • Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
  • Preferred:
    Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills.
