Baptist Health is hiring a Director of Select Specialty Services to join the Baptist Physician Enterprise. This role oversees practice management and central billing for specialty groups and credentialing for the entire network.

• Practice management and central billing for Baptist Physician Enterprise specialty groups and credentialing for the entire Baptist physician network.
• Work with physicians, PM teams, and appropriate BHS parties to transition newly acquired physicians and physician groups.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of assigned central business office(s).
• Support specialty practice groups in general operations, information systems, program expansion, billing & collections, finance & safety/compliance.
• Manage the verification, enrollment, and credentialing process for employed physicians and other clinicians.

Master's Degree

Doctorate

• 3-5 Years Physician Practice Billing Experience
• 3-5 Years Physician Practice Management Experience
• Less than 3 years Experience with EHR system

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Preferred
• Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) Preferred
