KLS Martin utilizes Individual Patient Solutions (IPS) to custom‑design implants based on CT scans for each patient, ensuring best‑in‑class treatment.
This position will support the data coordination team, shadow current operations, and engage in unique assignments that support larger projects and offer insight into the day‑to‑day workings of the IPS process. The incumbent may also participate in additional activities to build a strong network within the KLS community.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities- Gain knowledge of the complete Individual Patient Solution workflow and products.
- Apply problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills to assist with larger projects, including process improvement initiatives, educational material development, design and testing of IPS products, and quality assurance.
- Assist other engineering departments with completing tasks for IPS cases.
- Abide by regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of patient‑specific case files.
- Collaborate and coordinate between production, sales, marketing, and product‑management departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Actively pursuing an associate’s or higher‑level degree from an accredited university.
