Revenue Cycle Manager - Multi‑Site Healthcare Clinic
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Vaco is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the full RCM operations for a large, multi‑site outpatient clinic. This role oversees end‑to‑end billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement processes while driving workflow efficiency and revenue integrity across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the full revenue cycle, including patient access, charge capture, billing, AR follow‑up, denial management, and collections
- Manage and mentor RCM staff across multiple clinic sites
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to streamline workflows and improve reimbursement outcomes
- Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and reporting to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with payer rules, coding standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support system enhancements, EHR/PM optimization, and best practices across the network
- 5+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience in a healthcare clinic or multi‑site practice
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, AR, denials, and payer requirements
- Proven success managing teams and driving performance metrics
- Experience with EHR/Practice Management systems (e.g., Epic, Allscripts, Athena, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
