Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Rehab, Wolfson North​/Airport Rehab Clinic

Wolfson Children  Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team. This is a Full-Time position located at Wolfson Children  North / Airport Rehab Clinic.

The ideal candidate would be flexible to work weekdays during periods of high census and holiday rotations. Previous experience working in a pediatric outpatient setting and evaluation experience is required.

• Evaluation and treatment of patients with all diagnoses.
• Provide extensive patient/family education.
• Provide multidisciplinary team care with other Rehab. professionals, nursing, physicians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc.
• Work in a fast-paced setting requiring good time management, detailed documentation skills in the EMR, self-directed, and effective communication skills.

* Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required*

Doctorate

• Less than 1 year Experience working in an outpatient setting
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
