Job Summary

The Revenue Cycle Education Manager will create and review content to ensure staff integrates it into various departments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and create content in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities Include

• Training manager with strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
• Lead and oversee the design, development, and delivery of eLearning and instructor-led training programs related to revenue cycle applications.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of trainers and the effectiveness of the training program.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and Revenue Cycle leaders to support organizational goals.
• Credentialed trainer certification must be obtained within 6 months.

Experience

• Over 5 years of Health Care Experience Required
• 1-2 years of Project Management Experience Required

License and Certification

• Epic Credentialed Trainer Required
