Responsibilities

Wekiva Springs Center, a Psychiatric Hospital, is seeking the best, most hospitable RN’s in the Jacksonville Florida area to care for our patients. This is a limited schedule that is designed to last 14 weeks. If agreed upon from both parties, it can be extended for an additional 13 weeks. This is a position with higher pay but no benefits and is still a full time hours.

As we expand and grow, both day and night shift coverage from 7:00 – 7:30 is needed. If you can smile in the toughest of times and keep calm when those around you cannot, we want you.

Our customized, holistic approach to wellness includes such multidisciplinary treatment options as medical and psychiatric evaluations, nutritional education, family therapy, group therapy (including experiential and educational groups), medication management and discharge planning.

Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; current Florida RN license; one year nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric or addictions; will consider new graduates with desire to specialize in psychiatric nursing. Home Health and Skilled Nursing Home experience welcome.
