This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing professional hair care and styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to guest preferences. Daily responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized station, and promoting products to enhance the guest experience. The Hairstylist will work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all Guests.

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology, with a valid cosmetology license
• Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to deliver a superior Guest experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced salon setting
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Prior experience in a salon setting is a plus
