This opportunity is ideal for experienced Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) seeking to increase production with strong operational support, organic website lead flow, and established referral partnerships.

$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings

• Counsel applicants and home buyers on various loan products, buying or refinance process, prospective lenders, and lending guidelines.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents and with mortgage lending sources/mortgage bankers, gather up‑to‑date lending rate sheets and stay abreast of mortgage industry trends.
• Gather documents such as applicant’s credit history, income and employment verification, assets and liabilities, and background check to determine creditworthiness.
• Find ideal mortgage product and lender for potential borrowers by researching competitive mortgage rates and interest rates, and negotiating terms.
• Submit application file to lenders in order to apply on the homeowner’s behalf.

• Exceptional communication skills, time‑management, and analysis skills, and independently resourceful.
• A current NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or certification is required.
• Have a strong understanding of loan products and loan process from origination to close.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and loan origination software.
