Vice President Finance

We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Vice President of Finance to lead the organization’s financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial planning & analysis functions. This executive will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and scalable infrastructure to support the company’s continued growth.

The VP will partner closely with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure strong financial governance across the organization.

• Serve as a key financial partner to the executive team, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Support long-range planning, growth initiatives, and operational investments.

• Owned the company’s annual budgeting process from a finance perspective.
• Created rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial outlook updates.
• Partner with department leaders to develop operating budgets and track performance.
• Deliver variance analysis and executive-level forecasting presentations.
• Oversee FP&A processes including KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide visibility into revenue trends, margin performance, and cost drivers.
• Drive financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, close, and consolidations.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.

• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee annual audits and technical accounting matters.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements.

• Evaluate and enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.
• Drive automation and process improvements across finance and accounting workflows.

• Lead and develop the accounting and FP&A teams.
• Establish performance expectations, review structures, and professional development plans.
• Build scalable infrastructure to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Demonstrated oversight of budgeting and forecasting from a finance/FP&A perspective.
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading both accounting and FP&A functions.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership.
