Financial Manager, CFO
Farah & Farah is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the firm’s financial strategy and oversee all accounting and finance operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will drive financial planning, profitability, and scalable growth while partnering across the organization to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the firm’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team
- Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, audits, and tax oversight
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk
- Partner with HR on benefits strategy, 401(k) administration and workforce budgeting
- Collaborate with Facilities on budgeting, lease management, capital expenditures, and office expansion planning
- Work closely with IT/Operations to evaluate systems, improve financial and operational efficiency, and support technology investments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Florida CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven experience overseeing accounting teams and complex financial operations
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills
