Senior Fixed Income Analyst

Job Purpose

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange Inc., has an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Income Private Credit Analyst to join our team in Pricing and Reference Data. The primary responsibility of this position will be to evaluate corporate fixed income securities, specifically leveraged and private credit loans, as part of IDS’ Corporate Evaluations Group. The candidate should understand direct lending, corporate loans and the private credit market, possess a solid understanding of global financial markets and conceptual knowledge of the market forces impacting equity and fixed income movements, and be capable of analyzing private credit loans through evaluations, modeling, and due diligence.

Success in this role requires building professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry participants.

ICE Data Services offers an exciting role within Pricing and Reference Data that focuses on evaluating leveraged and private credit loans. Candidates will conduct due diligence, create models, and work alongside cross‑functional teams to inform investment decisions. The analyst will maintain data integrity, monitor market trends, and support the Corporate Evaluations Group in maintaining high standards of analysis.

• Evaluating leveraged and private credit loans
• Analyzing private credit investments, including direct lending and special situation loans
• Maintaining strong familiarity with private credit capital structures and terms
• Performing financial statement analysis
• Developing cash flow models
• Monitoring industry trends in credit markets
• Reviewing and managing market data and industry identifiers
• Applying pricing models and understanding variables that affect evaluations
• Responding to time‑critical customer inquiries
• Documenting the evaluation process in accordance with group policies and procedures

• 3+ years’ experience in the Fixed Income Market, ideally with trading or analyzing fixed income asset classes
• Knowledge of global financial markets and market forces
• Proficiency in practical applications of statistical analysis
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under stringent time constraints, multi‑task and prioritize workload
• Team player willing to take direction from management
• Independent self‑starter capable of sustaining productivity
• Willingness to work required hours to achieve daily objectives
• Ability to facilitate superior market participant relationships
• PC literacy, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $110,000 - $180,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.
