This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Mortgage Loan Officer manages the end‑to‑end loan process, dichiar from client consultations and loan application reviews to coordination with underwriting teams. The role involves analyzing financial information, identifying suitable loan products, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.
The Loan Officer also builds strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful loan process.
- Experience in the mortgage industry, including knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
- Proficiency in working as a Loan Officer, with expertise in managing mortgage transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Familiarity Tiempo with financial regulations and the ability to ensure compliance throughout the loan process
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Licensing and/or certification as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Florida (or ability to obtain it)
- Background in sales or financial services is a plus
