YourKey Responsibilities
You’ll handle a diverse array of projects, providing up‑to‑the‑minute tax advice to clients. You’ll work in a highly collaborative culture, listening and sharing information with colleagues.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Analyzing an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.
- Identifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to clients.
- Learning and researching current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Developing clear, intelligent plans and approaches to improve clients’ tax activities.
- Researching clients’ business operations and building long‑lasting relationships to tailor advice.
- Supervising a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Professional knowledge in a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts and tools.
- A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
- Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
- The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects.
- Strong influencing skills and confidence to question existing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed and working in a balanced hybrid environment.
- An achieved or partially achieved CPA qualification, certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CMI designation, or the ability to sit for a state bar.

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits, with a base salary range for the U.S. of $81,700 to $135,000, and higher ranges for major metros.
