MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR - JACKSONVILLE, FL

Process and close first mortgages, HELOCs, Home Equity, and Land/Lot loans following secondary market guidelines. Provide quality mortgage loan service, answer inquiries, maintain compliance.

• Process and fund mortgage loans within established time frames ensuring accurate disclosures and compliance regulations.
• Maintain working knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, mortgage loan standards, products, rates, and governmental regulations. Participate in monthly ongoing educational requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from credit union staff regarding mortgage loan programs, Freddie Mac guidelines, internal procedures, and interest rates.

• Three to Five years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills, ten‑key calculator, Microsoft Excel and Word.

• A two‑year college degree or completion of a specialized certification, licensing, or training program.
