Base Pay Range

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Billing teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee invoicing, cash applications, and reconciliations, ensuring all receivables are processed accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls for AR and billing functions.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage month‑end close for AR, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Analyze AR and billing data to identify trends, improve DSO, and support business decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, sales, and operations to resolve billing discrepancies and support audits.
• Build and manage customer portals, troubleshoot billing issues, and ensure accurate electronic invoicing.
• Establish and track KPIs, ensuring consistent team performance and compliance with best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle AR and billing experience; 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AR best practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
