DescriptionThe Revenue Analyst I is responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-35 clients. The analyst determines monthly revenue of each client using financial analysis and tools, tracks payments, and ensures communication of past due amounts. The analyst audits client payments to confirm the amounts collected align with the contract or any amendments. If missing revenue is identified, the analyst coordinates recoveries with field sales personnel and the client.
Acting as the subject‑matter expert, the analyst completes new contract reviews, balance‑sheet reconciliations, ad‑hoc analysis, and reporting for their portfolio or other business units.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue.
- Audit client payments and ensure accuracy against the contract.
- Manage a portfolio of 30-35 clients.
- Follow up on missing payments.
- Validate revenue against new contracts.
- Perform A/R balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-1 year relevant financial experience (finance, accounting, forecasting/modeling, or related).
- Attention to detail, system knowledge, and ability to assimilate multiple information sources into business recommendations quickly.
- Manage time and work under deadlines.
