• Lead Electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities
• Manage Electrical engineering staff on diverse and challenging projects across our portfolio of design services and EPC programs
• Oversee Electrical design quality, budget, and schedule
• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers

• Provide technical guidance on design guides, standards, and engineering codes.
• Ensure compliance with B&V quality program, supporting continuous improvement.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, conduct research, and develop equipment selection recommendations.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques, manage budget and schedule, delegate tasks, and review lower-level work.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members on moderately complex projects.
• Identify key client interests, communicate drivers, and develop approaches to accommodate concerns.
• Act as a technical specialist, provide consultation, design complete projects or support multiple projects, foster knowledge management, and mentor.
• Participate in resource management strategy and engineering resources for small groups of a single discipline.
• Ensure implementation and communication of policies and adherence to corporate programs.

• Electrical Professional Engineer’s license in a US jurisdiction.
• Consulting experience (BESS experience preferred).
• EPC execution experience.
• Strong communication skills with internal interdisciplinary teams and external client and construction teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
