Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Planner

This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Jacksonville, FL for a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Planner. The MRO Planner will coordinate and schedule maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities to ensure optimal use of resources and adherence to project timelines. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating and managing maintenance plans, anticipating resource needs, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves collaborating with maintenance teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery.

• Proficiency in Maintenance Planning, including creating and managing maintenance schedules
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Management, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability
• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
• Excellent skills in Planning and coordinating resources
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools
• Ability to understand and comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the aviation or MRO industry is a plus
