Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Jacksonville, Florida, for a Design Project Manager. The Design Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design‑focused projects. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, facilitating client communication, and ensuring quality assurance throughout all project phases. The role also involves identifying project risks and implementing solutions to meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience in timeline development, budget management, and risk assessment.
  • Expertise in design or construction management, with knowledge of architectural and engineering processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools used in design‑build projects.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to handle challenges in dynamic project environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in design‑build and construction industries is preferred.
