Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Field Engineer for our heavy civil projects. The Field Engineer serves as the liaison between the construction site and the office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. Responsibilities include production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation, and tracking of project data. The role requires 75%-90% on‑site presence.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with all project staff to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed for field efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and report daily production quantities.
- Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
- Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
