The Kids Discipleship Minister, Multisite helps families discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children through innovative discipleship resources and tools. This role also supports the onboarding and training of Kids Ministers and serve staff, contributes to strategic systems and processes and plays a key role in developing resources and executing parent, family and "big momentum events" throughout the year.

• Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
• Lead the planning, development and content creation for curriculum, family discipleship resources and other tools for Eleven
  22 Kids
• Plan and manage digital communication efforts for Eleven
  22 Kids and serve staff including weekly emails, coaching and huddle information
• Lead planning and execution of parent and family events, Eleven
  22 Kids offsites, team building gatherings and "big momentum" events in collaboration with campus teams
• Lead or support the development and improvement of internal ministry processes and systems including:
  • Overhaul and ownership of the Eleven
    22 Kids Minister Manual
  • Creation of a clear and replicable Eleven
    22 Kids Minister training and development process
  • Organization of shadowing guides, onboarding touchpoints and one-pagers into a cohesive system
  • Strategic support and rotation across campuses to maintain alignment with Eleven
    22 Kids vision
• Support onboarding and long-term development of Eleven
  22 Kids Ministry team members and serve staff through improved processes, campus level training plans and accessible virtual training sessions
• Build and maintain systems that support weekly curriculum execution, including classroom guides, activity materials and large group resources
• Manage digital discipleship content across social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Spotify) to extend family ministry reach
• Serve as a resource and connector across campus Eleven
  22 Kids Ministry teams, fostering consistency in vision and practice
• Coordinate team meetings and maintain shared ministry resources in approved systems
• Assist with budget by building and tracking the Eleven
  22 Kids budget and approving credit card transactions for the team
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Some college/additional schooling past high school
• Two to five years of ministry experience

Work Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more

Sunday through Thursday; hours may vary based on church needs and may include working full weekends.

The church has several big events, ("All‑Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven
22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.
