What You Will Be Doing- Create and execute advanced learning experiences – Develop workshops spanning mathematics, sciences, philosophy, and creative writing while offering one‑on‑one guidance to 15‑20 gifted learners advancing at 5‑10x standard velocity
- Identify and resolve intellectual barriers – Modify methodologies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional educational structures in discovering their cognitive strengths
- Apply AI tools for customization
- Partner and refine – Enhance workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative observations and quantitative data
- Premier educational background – Bachelor's degree earned from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
- Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist status, Olympiad medal, accelerated college completion, or equivalent accomplishment
- Distinguished academic credential – Competitive scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa/Triple Nine Society, doctoral degree, or university‑level instructional experience
- 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, guiding, or instructing students in any setting
- Regular AI tool engagement – Self‑reported daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Geographic commitment – Prepared to relocate to or work on‑site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
- Employment eligibility – Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring sponsorship
