The Voluntary Pre‑Kindergarten Education Program (VPK) prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK builds a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child's development.

• Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements to ensure daily care of every child.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for children.

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related, or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
