Trinity Christian Academy is seeking part‑time applicants for the position of Preschool Aide for the 2026‑2027 school year. A preschool aide is a vital member of the early childhood education team. This role involves providing support to the lead teacher and helping create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Prepare and maintain learning materials.
- Support children’s development and well‑being.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Evidence of an authentic and active Christian walk.
- Proficiency in early learning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and follow directions.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Willingness to complete the DCF online training within 90 days of hire.
- First Aid/CPR training.
- Background screening.
- Willingness to care for children under the teacher's direction and supervision.
Experience working with younger students is a plus. We are looking for a staff member who understands the ministry of Christian education, works well with a team of teachers, and is willing to continue their educational growth.
