What You Will Be Doing- Engaging with K-8 students as a mentor, establishing trust and fostering a limitless mindset
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students advance at their own pace while you facilitate discovery
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
- Cultivating a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth—guiding students to recognize their strengths and interests
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Exceptional public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize audiences
- A passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students
- 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work in-person at one of our campuses:
Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX - Capacity to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
