Purpose

To join a team dedicated to student greatness. As an Elementary Music Teacher, you will create and implement a flexible program and classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth, develop lesson plans consistent with established guidelines, and establish effective rapport with students, staff, and parents.

How You Will Impact Education
  • Plan and implement an instruction program that aligns with the company’s philosophy and goals.
  • Develop purposeful lesson plans maximizing time on task.
  • Review student records and maintain accurate, complete documentation.
  • Maximize the educational achievement of each student.
  • Utilize varied learning modalities and differentiated instruction.
  • Conduct frequent diagnostic assessments and use results to inform instruction.
  • Generate progress reports and refer students with suspected learning problems to appropriate support personnel.
  • Coordinate class field trips and prepare students for state‑required assessments.
  • Stay current in subject‑matter knowledge and learning theory to improve the curriculum.
Provide a Classroom Environment Conducive to Learning
  • Create a classroom environment tailored to students’ maturity and interests.
  • Maintain positive rapport with students, demonstrating patience and nurturing growth.
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and displays student-generated work.
  • Develop reasonable rules for behavior and maintain fair, consistent order.
Instructional Planning
  • Develop lesson plans alignedened with established guidelines.
  • Plan individual and group learning activities to meet objectives and student needs.
  • Prepare for classes and demonstrate readiness upon supervisory request.
  • Collaborate with other staff on curriculum planning.
  • Integrate diagnostic information into Individual Education Plans where applicable.
  • Take all necessary precautions to protect teaching supplies and materials.
School/Community Relations
  • Establish cooperative relations and communicate with parents and guardians.
  • Communicate clearly, consistently, and positively via appropriate media.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities to support a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the position and the company’s mission.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with teachers, students, parents, and the community.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including oral, written, listening, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to instructions.
  • Proficiency with(computer) Microsoft Office, Student Information System မ and email.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and accuracy.
  • Implementation of best practices and consistent character education.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent; valid teaching certification (if applicable).
  • One to three years of successful teaching experience (including internship).
  • Command of grade‑level content and learning theory, including motivation, reinforcement, evaluation, and feedback.
  • Understanding and commitment to company values.
  • Successful criminal and employment background check.
  • Effective instructional delivery and adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education profession.
  • Altern طبق alternatives may be considered by CSUSA.
  • May perform other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Usual school working conditions, including occasional noise during high student traffic.
Physical Demands
  • No physical exertion required.
  • Somewhat stressful due to frequent student activity.
  • Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects.
