• Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Create individualized motivational strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
• Review student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate meaningful insights.
• Work alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (examples include Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable programs).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience providing small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades.
• Capability to evaluate reading proficiency, form instructional groups, and craft differentiated lessons independently of prepackaged curricula.
• Comfortable utilizing AI and adaptive learning technologies and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at one of the following locations:
  Chantilly (Washington), VA;
  Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $60/hour, which equates to $120,000 per year for 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
