Earn between $52,000* - $65,000 and have summers off!

Serve as a Middle School teacher, engage in a standards-based program, and foster a class environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Establish rapport with students, motivate them to develop skills, positive outlooks, and content knowledge.

• Current educational research
• Basic understanding and knowledge of current technology
• Learning styles and effective teaching methods

• Planning and implementing effective activities
• Assessing student achievement and analyzing test results

Additional qualifications such as verified experience, advanced degrees, tested subject teaching, ESOL certification, or after-school tutoring may qualify for incentive pay.

Bachelor’s degree in a related subject and teacher certification from the Florida Department of Education. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
