• Create, develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meeting state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• At least 18 years old, energetic, dependable, passionate about education.
