. This full‑time, in‑person service opportunity is located in Jacksonville, FL. READ USA’s mission is to open pathways for children in under‑resourced communities with book choice and ownership, peer‑to‑peer tutoring, professional literacy instruction development for educators, and to positively impact grade‑level reading proficiency, workforce development, a teacher pipeline, and ending generational poverty.
VISTA will develop a comprehensive volunteer recruitment/management process, focusing on volunteer and tutor recruitment and management.
