Overview

The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Department of Surgery, is seeking a full-time academic breast surgeon at the non-tenure accruing level of Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor. Our team at UF Health Jacksonville works with a multidisciplinary approach to breast care, including medical oncology, radiation oncology, genetic counseling, breast imaging, breast pathology and plastic/reconstructive surgery with cancer care navigators.

Expected Salary: Salary and academic appointment are negotiable and benefits are excellent.

• Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have an MD/DO in General Surgery and be able to obtain a Florida Medical License.
• Preferred Qualifications: BE/BC is preferred. Prefer a completed fellowship in Surgical Oncology / Breast Surgery. Experience in building a practice in a competitive environment is preferred.
