Salary:$225,000 base
Role:Pediatrician with Medical Director responsibilities
Practice:Established, outpatient-only pediatric group in Fleming Island (south of Jacksonville)
Work Schedule:Monday"Friday 8:00-4:30, with one weekend day per month
Call:Shared phone call rotation, every 10th week (approximate)
Practice Setting:Clean, modern, and congenial office environment
Patient Volume Goal:4 patients per hour
Medical Director Duties:
Join Quality Assurance team; focus on laboratory oversight and compliance
Oversee and review efforts of Clinical Manager running lab operations
Ensure CLIA certification requirements and regulatory standards are met
Participate in QA meetings to collaborate on care improvement
Requirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
