Baptist Primary Care Physicians at Silverleaf Enjoy:

• Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.

• Shared call schedule with first-line nurse triage, minimizing off-hour call responsibility.

• Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician (MD or DO)
• Ability to obtain an active and unrestricted Florida Medical License
