• Manage and maintain company equipment and resources to ensure third party maintenance requirements are scheduled and performed, and to reduce spend and/or damage on assets.
• Brainstorm with multiple internal teams to create opportunities for driving sales through print marketing.
• Balance current priorities and printer schedule with a constant changing environment. Prioritize requests to maximize cost efficiencies.
• Communicate deadlines and completion dates effectively to teams.
• Manage workload without missing deadlines.
• Plan properly for large format print jobs.
• Manage standards for Champion Brands, Inc., regarding copyrights, brand requirements, and cultural awareness.
• Design/lay out large format banners, posters, graphics, etc. using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Corel Draw.
• Design/lay out custom pieces including but not limited to specialty cut outs, coroplast, vinyl, original illustrations and internal requests.
• Assist with POS Inventory
• As needed event assistance (photography, videography)
• Manage social media for Champion Brands, Inc.

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years of print shop or large format printing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
