• Competitive Daily Rate starting at $1,500

• 45-50% of Production
  , based on skills and experience

• $2,000 Annual Doctor Improvement Fund - use it on whatever helps you be the best version of yourself (external CE, new loupes, gym membership, wellness, weekly massages, etc.)

• Schedule:
  • Full‑Time (4‑5 days/week)

  Heavy PPO
• Thriving Endo specialty practice consistently generating $1.4M+ in annual production
• Steady stream of referrals from a strong network of nearby general dentists who trust and refer directly to you

• Clinical Expertise:
  Diagnose and treat endodontic and related oral health issues using advanced procedures and technology.

• Treatment Planning:
  Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on their options and support informed, confident decision‑making.

• Patient Care:
  Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care, addressing pain and anxiety while focusing on quality, comfort, and outcomes. Build positive relationships and create a calm, welcoming environment.

  Partner with general dentists, specialists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinical operations. Provide guidance on endodontic treatment plans, protocols, and best practices.

• Endodontic Residency Certificate of Completion
• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license
